• Candidates for Vice-Chancellor must obtain a Ph.D. from a recognized University and must have a good knowledge of Nigeria’s educational policy. The applicant must have fifteen (15) years work experience. It is imperative that the candidate exhibits a clear capacity to raise finances for the university and has a significant amount of administrative expertise inside the university system. Must possess a verified copy of NYSC discharge certificate The candidate must have held the position of Professor with continuous employment within the university system for a minimum of five (5) years. A strong record of publications, innovative teaching, reputable community service, and information and communication technology (ICT) competency are all required indicators. Candidate must attach a statement of the candidate’s goals for the university for the next five years, not fewer than 600 words and not more than 1,000 words. candidates who are under the of age 65 years old are eligible for this position.
• Candidates for Bursar must be a graduates from an accredited university with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting.
  Additionally, the applicant must hold an ACA certificate in chartered accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (CAN), generally known as ACCA. The candidate needs to have fifteen (15) years of experience. Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Worksheet, and any other accounting software with ease.
• Candidates for Librarian must possess a professional degree and work experience as a librarian. Have at least fifteen (15) years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in universities or other higher education institutions, and a good honors degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division, Master’s, and Doctorate in library or information science, or a related field, from a recognized university. Possess a track record of solid administrative leadership as well as publications in journals that are professionally recognized and justify professional status. Have a valid Nigerian Library Registration Council membership (LRCN) and demonstrate proficiency in pertinent computer skills and possess computer literacy.
• Candidates for  Deputy Director, Audit must have a twelve-year (12) post-professional qualification experience coupled with an Accounting bachelor’s degree and ACA (ICAN) certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel Sheets, and additional accounting and audit software is required for this position.
• Candidates for Deputy Bursar must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, plus ACA (ICAN) or ACCA with twelve (12) years post-qualification experience. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel sheets, Microsoft Word and any other accounting packages.
• Candidates for Senior Lecturer I must have a Doctorate (PhD) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in teaching, research, and/or professional experience in a University or comparable institution of higher learning or Industry. Candidate must have the capacity to create and develop a research project with significant publications in accredited journals. Must have experience in directing academic group discussions. Registration with COREN is a prerequisite for this position.
• Candidates applying for the position of lecturer I must have a Doctorate (PhD) or Master’s Degree in either Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 3 years experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have published articles in journals. Having COREN registration will be considered an advantage. The candidate should be capable of teaching courses and supervising students’ projects at the undergraduate level.
• Candidates applying for Lecturer II must have a Masters Degree or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Acquiring a COREN registration is an added advantage.
